Kezar Life Sciences (NASDAQ:KZR) rose 24% after Concentra Biosciences offered to acquire the company for $1.10 per share in cash, plus a contingent value right (“CVR”) that represents the right to receive 80% of the net proceeds from any out-license or disposition of Kezar’s development programs or intellectual property.
Saratoga Investment (NYSE:SAR) rose 10% after it reported stronger than expected quarterly EPS.
Delek Logistics (NYSE:DKL) Partners, LP (DKL) fell 9% after it announced an underwritten public offering of $150,000,000 of common units representing limited partner interests.
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:CRNX) fell 1.4% after it announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $400.0 million of shares of its common stock in a proposed underwritten public offering.
Astera Labs (ALAB) rose 3% after it announced a new portfolio of fabric switches, including the industry’s first PCIe 6 switch, built from the ground up for demanding AI workloads in accelerated computing platforms deployed at cloud-scale.
