Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.34%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Telecoms & IT, Retail and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.34%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040), which rose 7.95% or 7.00 points to trade at 95.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230) added 6.98% or 3.70 points to end at 56.70 and Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:4050) was up 6.45% or 5.40 points to 89.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which fell 5.88% or 0.01 points to trade at 0.16 at the close. Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311) declined 3.44% or 0.58 points to end at 16.26 and Saudi Industrial Development Co. (TADAWUL:2130) was down 2.96% or 0.29 points to 9.51.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 183 to 112 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230) rose to 52-week highs; rising 6.98% or 3.70 to 56.70.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.40% or 0.98 to $70.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.26% or 0.93 to hit $74.58 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 2.90 to trade at $2,601.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.14% to 4.18, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 100.67.
